The International Festival of Authors (IFOA) is on the road. In addition to the many wonderful IFOA events held in Toronto, you can catch some of the festival's authors in a number of locations across Ontario. Between October 21st and November 5th, IFOA Ontario will travel to Barrie, Burlington, Hamilton, London, Midland, Milton, Orillia, Owen Sound, Parry Sound, Picton, Port Hope, Sudbury, Uxbridge and Windsor.
On October 22nd, Nancy Hartry (Watching Jimmy) and Sharon Jennings (Home Free) headed to Port Hope to read from their latest books for Young IFOA. On the 23rd, authors David Bergen (The Matter with Morris), Aryn Kyle (Boys and Girls Like You and Me) and Dan Rhodes (Little Hands Clapping) read to the Port Hope crowds for IFOA Ontario. The readings were presented in partnership with Furby House Books.
