For the past seven years, Purdy County LitFests (or PurdyFests) have been bringing poets and poetry lovers together for a celebration of People's Poetry in Hasting's County over the August long weekend. This year's festival was a lively weekend of camping, picnicking, readings and discussions that centred around a symposium honouring Dorothy Livesay. Our image gallery, provided by Henry Martinuk, shares some of the highlights from the weekend.
