Coach House Books author Golda Fried is giving away ten copies of her book Nellcott Is My Darling on Goodreads during the month of February. Nellcott follows Alice Charles, a girl who’s never had a boyfriend and doesn’t know how to do laundry, as she heads off to Montreal to attend McGill University. Everything changes for her when a 23-year-old record-store employee, Nellcott Ragland, asks her out on a date.
