The cluster of Parliament Buildings, built in the Gothic revival architectural style, are located on Parliament Hill in downtown Ottawa. It's a section of Crown Land on the southern banks of the Ottawa River that serves as the home of the Parliament of Canada. Another great tourist attraction of downtown Ottawa is the ByWard Market. Established in 1826, it's one of Canada’s oldest and largest public markets.
