The Niagara Literary Arts Festival presents the 1812 Lecture Series featuring David Beasley. This event will be hosted by Jordan Fry.

David was born in Hamilton and graduated from McMaster University with a B.A. in History and Literature. He wrote his first novel in Bonasola, Italy, a section of which is the novella 'Caravetti' in Aspects of Love. He wrote the anti-establishment novel Hamilton Romance while living in Vienna, Austria.
