Meet at 66 King East for an evening of poetry with Amanda Jernigan. This is a celebration of the launch for her much-anticipated debut collection "Groundwork"(Biblioasis).

Amanda will also be joined by Sue MacLeod, Poet Laureate Emeritus, City of Halifax and Cobourg Poet Carol Ward. Carol is pleased to be launching her first-ever chapbook "Poetry From A to Z".

Emcee - Glenda Jackson.

Interlude music from the guitar of Phillip Hughes.

Doors open 7:00 p.m. Readings start 7:30 p.m.

Open to the public. Free admission.
