are pleased to announce that Scottish thriller writer Louise Welsh will be
presenting her latest literary suspense fiction, the first “outbreak”
in the Plague Times trilogy, A Lovely Way to Burn, at Bookfest Windsor

produce a novel that has been dubbed a thrilling dystopian mystery and
apocalyptic whodunit. Her work has earned her an international reputation
and long list of awards. As of December 2010, she is the Writer in
Residence at Glasgow University and Glasgow School of Art.
