Award-winning author Bruce Hunter, who was deafened as an infant and diagnosed in mid-life with a debilitating retinal disease, is the special guest at Richmond Hill Library-central branch from 6:30-8:30pm.

Hunter will speak about his research on disabilities and adaptive strategies, "Reading Minds, Not Lips- a survival guide for all of us in modern times" in honour of the United Nation's International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
