Come out to celebrate the launch of Volume 10-4 of the Bywords Quarterly Journal and help raise money for the Cornerstone Women's Shelter.
There will be poetry readings by Quebecois and Acadian poet Dominique Bernier-Cormier, Professional Writing Program graduate JC Bouchard, Concordia Creative Writing graduate Heather Davidson, prolific crime writer cb forrest, Carleton University undergraduate Cassandra Nykyforak and Merrickville Poetry Group member Catherine Ruth Taylor. The event will also feature the music of Jill Zmud, Ottawa singer-song writer and transplanted prairie lily.
A hat will be passed to collect donations for Cornerstone. Donors will receive a free copy of the Bywords Quarterly Journal.
