Dr. Helen Douglas to participate in the OVC Equine Club meeting

Dr. Helen Douglas will be participating in the OVC Equine Club meeting at the University of Guelph from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Helen was born in Nova Scotia, but has lived most of her life in the Ottawa Valley. She began riding horses in 1965. Her love of horses has taken her across Canada, the United States, South America and Ireland. Her book Horse of a Lifetime examines the complex and emotional relationship between people and horses.
