Eden Mills Media Launch & Quarrington Remembrance

One month prior, on Wednesday, August 18, The Bookshelf in nearby Guelph will host a media launch for the 2010 Eden Mills Writers' Festival. Featuring winners of and nominees for the Trillium Book Award (past and present), the event will also celebrate the life of the late Paul Quarrington, who was a good friend to the festival over the years.

Expect great readings from Trillium Award winner Nino Ricci (The Origin of Species), as well as from recent Trillium nominees Cordelia Strube (Lemon), Alexandra Leggatt (Animal) and Susan Holbrook (Joy Is So Exhausting). The event is completely free, but they will be passing around a hat to collect funds for the enhancement of the festival.
