As Part of the International Ottawa Writers Festival, spend an evening with Chef Michael Smith, Canada’s best-known chef and winner of the James Beard Award for Cooking Show Excellence, at Side Door in the Market, one of the city’s most acclaimed restaurants. Michael, a tireless advocate for nutritional literacy and sustainable food and Prince Edward Island’s official food ambassador, will share his insight on preparing great food on a tight schedule. Plus, we’ll enjoy a taste of some recipes from Michael’s latest bestseller, Fast Flavours!
