Kingston Public Library Presents An Evening With the Poets Laureate with Helen Humphreys, Eric Folsom and Alice Major

Kingston's incoming and outgoing Poets Laureate Helen Humphreys and Eric Folsom will read and introduce former Edmonton Poet Laureate and essayist Alice Major. For Alice, science and poetry are two overlapping ways of trying to understand the world. Alice will read from her award-winning essay collection, Intersecting Sets: A Poet Looks at Science and from her tenth poetry collection Standard Candles, due out in September.

This is a DROP IN program. Admission will be on a first-come, first served basis.
