Details

Two of Canada’s most exciting playwrights, both with roots in Kingston, talk about how they turn real life: marginalized citizens, young Inuit struggling to survive, the disturbed children of a halfway house, the families of soldiers fighting an Afghan war, into deeply compelling live theatre. Join Christopher Morris, author of Night, Dust, and Return: The Sarajevo Project, and Judith Thompson, author of The Crackwalker, Lion in the Streets, Habitat, and Palace of the End, as they share their process and discuss the challenges of forging harsh reality into art.

General Admission: $12.50/$16.00 onsite
