Please join Bryan Prince Bookseller for a book launch and readings from Franzlations: the Imaginary Kafka Parables by Gary Barwin, Craig Conley and Hugh Thomas, published by New Star Books.

This intriguing new book is described as looking "like the real world, but in the way the bootstrap that one pulls oneself up with looks like a real bootstrap."

Gary Barwin is a poet, fiction writer, composer and performer. His many publications for both adults and children include titles such as Outside the Hat, Inverting the Deer and Seeing the Stars. Gary lives in Hamilton with his wife and three children.

Hugh Thomas teaches mathematics at the University of New Brunswick and is the author of several publications including a chapbook of poems, Heart Badly Buried by Five Shovels.

Craig Conley is the author of Magic Words: A Dictionary, One-Letter Words: A Dictionary, and dozens upon dozens of other titles.
