The Friends of the Oshawa Public Library present the first McLaughlin Literary Festival on Sept. 18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The format will see authors reading for roughly 20 minutes and then book signing. Blue Heron Books of Uxbridge will be selling titles written by the participating authors and attendees will have a chance to meet and mingle with the writers.
