Meet & eat with Michele Genest, author of The Boreal Gourmet at Collected Works from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Michele will talk about her book and offer a sampling of some of her favourites. Tentative tasting menu includes: Bison braised in espresso stout and chocolate, sourdough scones, birch syrup tarts, and spruce tip and rose petal shortbreads. Cash bar will be available.
