P.K.Page Poetry Reading Event

You are invited to Mississauga's P.K. Page Poetry Reading Event. This reading, sponsored by the League of Canadian Poets and Canada Council for the Art, is a joint event with the Mississauga Library.

Other poets who will be reading at the event are Richard Greene, Elana Wolff, Laura Lush, Honey Novick, Chery Xavier, Allan Briesmaster, Joice Andrew and Ann Elizabeth Carson. College students, artists from local groups, and media (local newspaper, TV reporters) will also be coming.

Richard Greene will be the featured poet. All poets on the reading list are welcome to read one of P.K. Page’s poems in their own language, then read or tell the story of their own poetry. There will also be an open mic period for additional readers.

It is always a wonderful experience to share our interests and connect to our communities. I hope this brings fresh, dynamic and warm readings toward our winter season.
