The 3rd annual POW! Festival will take place from Thursday, April 14 through to Sunday, April 17, 2011.

Entering its 3rd year, POW! has national recognition as a successful event, drawing visitors from Nova Scotia to Victoria, B.C. plus places between such as Winnipeg, Montreal, Ottawa, and Windsor - as well as locales in Northumberland County and close by. Each year, the municipal Council proclaims the dates of the POW! Festival to be "Poetry Weekend in Cobourg."
