Support the Al Purdy A Frame by attending this celebration of Al Purdy, Canada's most famous poet. Your afternoon includes a performance of Dave Carley's 'Al Purdy at the Quinte Hotel', performed by Richard Turtle.
Following a short intermission, Katherine Leyton, (the first Al Purdy A-Frame writer in residence) presents 'How Predestrian' followed by Q&A. In the second interval, snacks from the high end food truck Picnic and a bottle of Sensitive Man ale will be available.

To conclude the event the Gerry Shatford Trio perform 'As I Sat Down At The Piano', a jazz suite inspired by Dave Carley's play. Specifically for this performance we have a baby grand piano courtesy of Pinnacle Music Studios.
All profits to the A-Frame Trust. Donations of $50 or more are suggested. Some Purdy memorabilia will also be available in a silent auction.
