Internationally published writers Norma West Linder and James Deahl will share glimpses* from four new poetry books: Adder’s-tongues: A Choice of Norma West Linder’s Poems 1969-2011 (Aeolus House); In A Springtime Instant: The Selected Poems of Milton Acorn 1950 – 1986 (Mosaic Press); North of Belleville (Hidden Brook Press); and Rooms the Wind Makes (Guernica Editions) during the last spoken word event in the 2011-2012 season. Their spotlight presentation will be followed by an open mic. Share your castle themed and other fairy tale influenced stories, poems and humour! Read the work of our favourite fantasy author, or just sit back and enjoy this event scheduled for the last Friday of every month except July, August and December. No pre-registration required.
