Coming up Friday afternoon, Nov 8th, airing between 4-6pm on CFRC 101.9fm's 'finding a voice’, the show will feature both a recent book launch and readings from the ‘poetry @ the artel’ monthly open mic reading series.
In the first hour, from an Oct 11th book launch at the Novel Idea Bookstore, a triple book launch with readings by Steven Heighton (Stalin’s Carnival) and Marc di Saverio (Sanatorium Songs).
In the second hour, selected readings from the Oct 1st ‘poetry @ the artel’ open mic, with readings by Michael e Casteels, Dave Pratt, Anne Graham, Kin Man, Andrew Burrows, Kingston Poet Laureate Eric Folsom and Robert Watson.
The show will stream live online at www.cfrc.ca.
This show will be uploaded to Bruce's blogspace within 24 hours after airing and saved there indefinitely. As well, all shows dating back through 2012 can be accessed and listened to there at http://findingavoiceoncfrcfm.wordpress.com/ -- and each post does contain full information about that particular show’s roster.
