ABOUT:
Elizabeth Greene has published two books of poetry, The Iron Shoes, and Moving. She edited and contributed to We Who Can Fly: Poems, Essays and Memories in Honour of Adele Wiseman, which won the Betty and Morris Aaron Award for Best Scholarship on a Canadian subject. She taught English for many years at Queen's.
Gabrielle McIntire is Associate Professor of English at Queen’s University. She is the author of Modernism, Memory, and Desire: T.S. Eliot and Virginia Woolf (Cambridge University Press, 2008), and her poetry has appeared in journals and collections in England, France, Canada, and the United States.
Ruth Roach Pierson took up the pen in pursuit of poetry after a distinguished career in academia. Her third collection of poetry, Contary, was published this past spring with Tightrope Books. Her poems have appeared in ARC, Event, The Fiddlehead, Literary Review of Canada, The Malahat Review, Pagitica, Pottersfield Portfolio, Prism International, Queen’s Feminist Review, Quills, Room of One’s Own, and Vallum as well as a number of anthologies. She lives in Toronto with her partner and their two cats, Haiku and Orange Roughy.
