Inspiring a love of reading in children, TVOKids Read with Ranger Kara tour visits the London Public Library on Saturday, November 1 from 1-3:30 pm. Geared towards kids aged 4 to 11 and their families, TVOKids host Ranger Kara reads Doors in the Air. This Canadian children’s book is about a boy who is fascinated by doors – real and imaginary. His imagination leads him to many different doorways that take him from one world to another.
Kids can get creative and enjoy learning with fun activities onsite and get up close with Ranger Kara in a meet-and-greet autograph session following the reading. The first 350 kids in attendance will receive a special Read with Ranger Kara gift bag. Kids can catch more of Kara on TVO’s The Space, Monday to Friday from 3:30 pm – 7 pm.
