Popular local historian Ted Barris will give a talk and visual presentation about his book Behind the Glory: Canada’s Role in the Allied Air War. When Britain and free-Europe cried out for help to defend themselves against the German Luftwaffe Canada responded by launching the largest wartime military air training scheme in history. Plan to attend to learn more about our country’s aviation history.
