Details
Come out for a relaxing, soulful, thought-provoking evening.
The feature poet this month is Cora Flora http://www.coeur-de-fleurs.com/index.html. Cora sees music as "a mysterious magical power that she honours, and her live performances come with an energetic healing intent for those who are open. She shares intimate details of her experience as they relate to the songs, sings from an honest emotional place, and creates a harmonic healing universe within her songs. She is in the process of creating visual arts to bring the live performances to a new dimension. Cora also offers singing workshops, written inspirations, energy healing (Goddess Massage), and intuitive art. She presently lives in Peterborough, Ontario where she is finding inspiration and deep healing."
Creative MC, Rick Webster, will keep things on track and if you're lucky he might throw in a poem or two of his own. Rick is a local poet, experienced chef, and the "spiritual wilderness guide" for www.thethirdspace.net.
As usual, there will be an open-mic at the end which you are more than welcome to contribute to.
