If you can’t get away for a full weekend retreat, try this one-day getaway filled with inspirational writing activities to get you writing. You’ll draw inspiration from the woods brilliant with fall colour, the rich smells of harvest time and the camp fire, the lake and streams as well as the energy of writing in a community of other writers. The day will be a mix of group-led writing exercises, situation-themed writing prompts and time to write and reflect. Gwynn will be available at several points in the day to answer any questions you may have about your personal writing project.

A hot lunch will be provided, as well as an all-day beverage station. If you choose to stay, a simple buffet dinner and a cosy reading and discussion session will finish your writing day.

Time: 10:00 - 4:00.

Writing activities 5:00 - 8:00.

Optional buffet dinner, campfire reading and discussion.

Cost: $90.00 Day program; $100.00 Day program plus optional evening program; $10.00 Discount for WCDR/PWAC/CAA, etc.
