Booker Longlist Announced, Three Canadian Authors Featured!

The 2011 Booker Prize Longlist has been announced, and three Canadian authors are included as finalists for the prestigious prize.

Alison Pick is nominated for her book Far to Go (House of Anansi), Patrick DeWitt for The Sisters Brothers (House of Anansi) and Esi Edugyan for Half Blood Blues (Serpent's Tail). In addition, Pigeon English by British author Stephen Kelman (House of Anansi) also appears on the list.

Congratulations to all of the shortlisted authors and to House of Anansi!
