Hamilton Arts & Letters Magazine is now accepting submissions for their 2nd Annual Short Works Prize for writing. The prize is presented in partnership with Bryan Prince Bookseller and the Hamilton Public Library, and is open to Hamilton-area writers.
The 2015 Short Works Prize will be awarded in five categories: published works of fiction, poetry and literary non-fiction, as well as categories for unpublished work and young writers. There is no fee to enter and the deadline to submit work (either online or in person) is May 1, 2015. The winning writers will receive a cash prize and take part in a special reading hosted at Bryan Prince Bookseller during Culture Days in September 2015.
