The deadline has been extended for one of the most exciting literary competitions of the year. Send your best short story or poem to the Summer Literary Seminars Unified Literary Contest before February 28th.
The prize? Free airfare, accommodation and tuition for any one of the SLS 2011 writing programs — choose between Montreal; Vilnius, Lithuania or Nairobi-Lamu, Kenya. Winners will also have their submissions published in the Walrus and in the Black Warrior Review. Judges this year are acclaimed writers Jayne Anne Phillips (fiction) and Matthew Zapruder (poetry).
