From our friends at Kingston WritersFest:

"Air this thin turns anyone into a mystic,"
from Every Lost Country by Steven Heighton

Words to delight, provoke, inspire. This summer, as you read the books of the authors appearing at Kingston WritersFest 2011 (September 22-25), take note of the phrases that move YOU. Share them with us and we'll enter your name for a chance to win a pair of tickets to an onstage event at the Festival.

"There are words in my life that I wish I'd never said."
from Wild Dogs by Helen Humphreys

Here's how it works:
Read any book by a 2011 KWF author. A full list of this year's writers can be found at www.kingstonwritersfest.ca/author.php and check out our Summer Reading List for their current books. Next, select a passage, 75 words or less, that moves you. Submit the passage, along with the title of the book, author, and your name to info@kingstonwritersfest.ca.

Selections will be posted on the Book Lovers Contest page at www.kingstonwritersfest.ca/contest.php. Every Sunday through August, we'll draw a winner from the week's entries. Winners will be contacted by email to choose their prize. Each time you enter, please choose new Words That Move You!
WINNERS: PREPARE TO BE DAZZLED!

Choose from 21 spectacular onstage events — four days of readings, conversations, and discussions. For a full lineup of events, visit kingstonwritersfest.ca.

Sign onto the KWF Mailing List for a promotion code to buy tickets August 11, one week before tickets go on public sale.

See you in September!
