The Toronto Public Library’s Keep Toronto Reading campaign is back, and is proud to present author events, a city-wide book club and a book recommending network for all Toronto residents. They also have a new theme this year, in partnership with the Keepin’ It Real Book Club: video recordings of book recommendations, composed by readers who are willing to "put themselves on camera and convince us to read a book they love."
Starting March 28th, Keepin’ It Real will be inviting authors, bloggers, booksellers, librarians, publishing folk and all book lovers to join the book party/video campaign. Videos will appear on their site daily, as well as on the TPL website.
