Ryerson Writing Workshop: Writing Creatively About Grief

Award-winning poet and journalist Jacob Scheier will lead the writing workshop Writing Creatively About Grief, offered through Ryerson University's Continuing Education Program. The course runs Wednesday evenings from January 12 to March 16 and costs $371 (including HST). Students will learn techniques, methods and devices for writing evocative creative non-fiction and poetry on loss and grief. Through the reading and writing of non-fiction and poetry, participants will work towards making their experiences of grief speak to others.
